The Problem

Immigration New Zealand estimates that there are less than 12,000 overseas students currently studying in New Zealand

Young students campus helps friend catching up and learning.

This figure is down from nearly 52,000 at the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. With the boarders being closed and uncertainty around visa requirements it has meant that the market has shrunk drastically. Pre-Covid, the overseas education market had brought revenue to New Zealand of $5 billion annually.

Covid 19 restrictions have meant that access to education in New Zealand has become almost impossible for students which in turn is having a detrimental effect on the wider New Zealand economy. Students have been left in limbo not knowing whether they will be able to complete their studies and training in New Zealand.

Our Solution

Supporting the process of enrolling overseas students.

At JTLP it is our aim to support and take the stress and red tape away from the process of enrolling new overseas students. We will identify and thoroughly scrutinize candidates in order to provide talent that is the best possible fit for your organization.

Provided that the candidates meet your entry requirements and you wish to make an offer we will then put forward the candidate, along with the offer of education to our immigration advisers. Our specialist immigration advisers will process all aspects of ensuring the candidates meet the terms, and are granted a student visa for study/training in New Zealand.

In line with New Zealand regulations, candidates will not pay any placement fees. All visa entry, associated costs, tuition fees and proof of funds will be provided by the candidate.
